My Story
My name is Todd Russell, and I’m a construction executive with over 20 years of experience leading projects, teams, and companies across the commercial, hospitality, and renovation industries. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work on everything from large-scale hotel renovations to complex historical restorations and ground-up builds—each one shaping my approach to leadership and craftsmanship.

My journey started in the field as a carpenter, where I developed a strong foundation in the technical side of construction and a deep respect for quality work. Over time, I grew into leadership roles, managing teams, overseeing operations, and ultimately serving as Chief Operating Officer. Along the way, I also built and operated my own company, Russell Renovations, where I earned a reputation for delivering high-quality results and exceeding client expectations.

What drives me is more than just completing projects—it’s building something that lasts. I take pride in leading teams that are collaborative, accountable, and committed to excellence. Whether managing multi-million-dollar renovations or improving operational performance, my focus is always on delivering value, maintaining transparency, and ensuring every detail is done right.
